With everything going on, I almost forgot to post my ๐‚๐š๐ซ๐›๐ข๐ž 2 ๐๐š๐ซ๐›๐ข๐ž ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ง๐ฌ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง of the month. Shout out to my boo Chinyere Obiamalu who is now down 30 lbs and tons of inches!!!ย ๐ŸŽ‰

Let me tell you when I say you need to be coachable and consistency is keyย ย I mean it….she played no games with her transformation.ย She always checks in , shows me her meals and she retains what I teach her.
