April’s Second Carbie 2 Barbie of the month!

Covid19 has not stopped any of my Barbie’s that are putting in work while home! That’s no different for the lovely, Jasmine Jackson. She started with just wanting to get her life together and sis contacted me for her coaching! Jasmine is 75lbs down and she is looking amazing.

This Barbie remained coachable, strict with her food choices, and always entrusted her journey in my hands. With so much going on, she is still working out and minding her macros like a Diva.

Pandora Marie is an international Keto coach with the know how to get your waist right and tight! Contact her if you need a month of training! She’s transforming her body as well as men and women world wide.

Carbie 2 Barbie of the Month

Sarita Harris is Killing it!

Let your dreams be bigger than your fears, your actions louder than your words and your faith stronger than your feelings.

โ€” Unknown

Our Barbie, Sarita Harris, started her keto journey January 3rd, 2020! Today, she is down 76 pounds!

The key is she stays coachable and retains what I teach and stays the course. Any questions she has, she reaches out and we discuss to move forward.

I am extremely proud of ALL of my Barbie’s, but this one is special. In less than 10 weeks, this beauty has really taken control of her life.

Remember:

“Keto wasn’t created for weight loss, weight loss is just a perk”

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

Youโ€™re going to publish a post today. Donโ€™t worry about how your blog looks. Donโ€™t worry if you havenโ€™t given it a name yet, or youโ€™re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the โ€œNew Postโ€ button, and tell us why youโ€™re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what youโ€™d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think youโ€™ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

Youโ€™re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another โ€” but itโ€™s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Canโ€™t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a โ€œcrappy first draftโ€. Anne makes a great point โ€” just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When youโ€™re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blogโ€™s focus โ€” writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is โ€œzerotohero,โ€ so other new bloggers can find you, too.
